In January this year FATEA Folk awards voted Reg Meuross Best Male Vocalist, Ange Hardy Best Female Vocalist, and Jess Vincent’s true tale of the feisty female pirate Annie Bonny was shortlisted for Best Song of 2013.

These three singer songwriters are bringing a rare and rich wealth of talent and stunning songs to the lovely Assembly Rooms of Glastonbury for what promises to be a truly stunning gig.  Somerset based Reg Meuross has been described as “one of this country’s finest singer songwriters” [Mike Harding] with ‘Intelligent and thought-provoking songs, beautifully made and skilfully delivered’[The Times]Reg met Jess Vincent at a festival 3 years ago and was immediately struck by her truly distinctive voice and songwriting. FATEA Records says "Jess Vincent is a name that should become as familiar on the lips as the wind is upon the trees”. Somerset’s Ange Hardy was so drawn to Jess’s songs that she made a spontaneous road trip to support her in Wiltshire at the launch of her latest album 'Seesaw Dreams’.  Reg’s new album ‘England Green & England Grey’ will be released this summer, and Ange (described by Mike Harding as “one of the bright stars of the new wave of folk singers” ) has also just released a fresh new collection of songs with her uniquely “highly catchy tunes, some nods to ancient times as well as choice references to the present day" [R2 Magazine - RockNReel] ‘The Lament Of The Black Sheep’.

The evening will be a mix of three extraordinary voices singing their own beautiful original songs and at times accompanying each other’s songs with breathtaking vocal harmonies, guitars, banjo, baritone ukelele, dulcimer & shruti box.  Be prepared to be captivated by the warmth, humour and depth of these three artists.
