We operate this site for the purpose of advertising our services to customers and potential customers. By using this site, you signify your acceptance of these conditions in return for which we will provide you with access. PAYMENT

All payments on our website are taken by PayPal.

In the unlikely event there is an unacceptable delay on delivering your goods we will cancel your oder and refund your money in full. You should inform our accounts department of your request for a full refund by sending an email to websitecustomerservices@story-records.co.uk.

If we do not receive a request for a refund then we will continue to process your order and deliver as soon as your products become available.

LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS

This site is not directed at persons in a jurisdiction where for any reason the site’s publication or availability is prohibited and any person for whom such a prohibition applies must not access the site. We do not represent that this site or its Content is appropriate for use or permitted by local laws in every jurisdiction. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions are governed by the laws of England.

Delivery

Delivery charges will be calculated when your order is completed. The charge will depend on the weight of the goods and the destination country for shipping. All orders are despatched via Royal Mail, please allow 14 days for delivery (although in most instances orders within the UK should arrive within 3 working days).

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS INFORMATION

If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return items to us and we will be pleased to replace any item or refund in full provided they are returned unopened and unused.

Please contact us to arrange return within 7 working days from receipt of goods. Where items are simply no longer required for any reason, the customer may have to pay the cost of returning the goods, but will receive a full refund for the order when goods are received back in the same condition in which they were sold.

Please note that we will not be able to accept CDs for refund after they have been removed from their celephone wrapping or if you have made any special requests that involve them being modified (for example being signed by an artist).

In cases of damaged, faulty or duplicated goods, you may request a returns label and all payments will be refunded in full. Alternatively, we will be happy to organise a replacement item for you.

Information we learn from our customers enables us to continually improve the service we offer, the information we give on our Web-Site and special offers. However, we take privacy of information relating to our customers very seriously and comply with all UK data protection laws in collecting, storing and using this information.
